The retreat is held at The Shalom Prayer Center in Mt. Angel, Oregon.  It is a Friday evening through Sunday morning event.  The group will learn and practice lectio divina, centering prayer, yoga, and breath prayer.  There will be singing, worship, and a time for silence.  It is a time for simplicity and restoration.  Registration is open to anyone.

Once a year, a Spirituality Retreat is offered for those wanting some time and space for spiritual practice.
